Royal Dental Cloud ("we", "us") provides cloud-based practice management software to dental clinics. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and application, and how we use, store and protect it.

We collect account and clinic details you provide when starting a trial or submitting a referral, and clinical/operational data your clinic enters into the platform (patients, appointments, charting, billing and documents). This data belongs to your clinic and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
